We paid for Full Protection car insurance with Rentalcover.com and assumed that we would be fully covered if we were involved in an accident. We unfortunately were involved in a minor accident. Proof of final damages invoice (R12 924.42) was paid by us to the car hire company on 7/5/2025. We then submitted a claim on 10/5/2025 to Rentalcover.com with all requested documentation. To-date we are still waiting for reimbur*****t. Why is this taking so long??? When we try to follow up on our claim we receive generic responses via e-mail and have yet to speak to a consultant ...... Very frustrating!
