The lack of clarity and consideration for individuals like me is appalling. *Key Issues:* - *Incorrect Billing*: SANRAL failed to recognize that I'm not a vehicle owner, leading to unjust charges. - *Poor Customer Service*: I had to take initiative to dispute the charges, which should have been resolved promptly. - *Non-Functional Email Addresses*: I wrote to them twice, but their email addresses seem not to be working, as I received no response. - *Lack of Transparency*: SANRAL's system didn't account for non-vehicle owners like myself.
