Unreliable Apostille Service

I contacted Global Apostille on 26 June 2025 to apply for a SA driver's license confirmation letter. On 27 June I emailed all required documents to Aida Sala, as well as pay the R2246 deposit. Receipt of these were confirmed, and a guaranteed turn around time of 13 working days, which also differs from their 5 day TAT on their website. Since the 27th, I have followed up numerous times without any response. It has now been 18 days without any explanation or return of emails.
