Cash Passport is an expensive wast.

Please do not use this card. The charges per transaction are exorbitant. On average US$4.50 per transaction when outside the country. The non return you are charged one last time to 'withdraw' any money that you have left on the card - which is an Exchange Control requirement. The documentation that is online regarding fees is entirely misleading as it relates only to charges in the currency of use - not if you are using the card outside the country of currency. There are better, simpler, way cheaper options - even just a normal credit card. Do yourself and the world a favour - don't use this service. It is not worth it.
