Stole my R 20000 deposit

In August 2023, this man stole my R20000 deposit. I was going to purchase a second hand edge bander from him. He could not get the machine running to show me it was in working condition. I asked for my deposit to be returned - he said he would - I have not had one cent returned to me. He has blocked my calls and blocked me on Facebook and possibly changed the business name. If anyone out there knows him or how I can get hold of him - please contact me. His name is Nico Vermaak .. I have his ID number if required.
