Old mutual superfund ****mers
I keep getting less money than the intended to be mine i wanted to release all my funds but this thing is making me loose my mind as in why they can't release all my funds once i keep getting R5k which is all taxed amount of R1k whiy i cannot be granted all my savings money from my Provident fund withdrawal request i want all my money now i have been waiting from November these old mutual superfund is bull**** and i dont want anyone to go through what i had gone through i hate old mutual and nothing will ever make me like them please hellopeter talk to them i want all my funds released today before i even think of taking this to the next step all my money to be released R29K not this R5K they giving me please

Provident fund withdrawal request
I have withdrawn my provident fund and my claim was on the 29 December 2025 but up until now nothing is happening about my funds released i sent an email to them no response from them when i try to check my claim on their app i cannot see what is going on i need money to get my things im no longer working this is my second month now not working they need to tell what is happening with my provident fund this is the second time i have problems with old mutual now i hate this company

Card suspension
I wouldn't recommend old mutual bank to anyone my reason is the poor service regarding to call center telling me that he haven't see my email which i sent long time very rude guy i forgot his name who was i calling with my airtime he hanged up my call no good explanation on why i got suspended i wasted about R400+ airtime asking about my money my Avbob policy lapsed ceremony which i had plan to do i ended up canceling it never go to work because my money was blocked from me to use bad bank account for banking
