I ordered and paid for bulbs on 24 February 2026 but cannot reach the company to find out what the delivery status is. No response to email, phone calls or messages.
I have experienced extremely unprofessional and disappointing service from the staff handling the Builders contact number. I recently purchased several cupboards, and although I was informed that delivery would take place in two separate batches, which was acceptable, the second delivery — which was fully paid for — appeared to go missing. Despite repeated phone calls to the contact number to get clarity, I received only vague excuses and promises that were never fulfilled. Eventually, the remaining items were delivered without any prior notice, adding further problems and inconvenience. This experience suggests that the purpose of the contact number is more about deflecting customers than assisting them. My frustration and stress could easily have been avoided with proper training, efficient systems, and clear communication.
