It's a pity one cannot rate a zero here, service is worse than that. ordered parts of which parts I didn't need were added to the invoice, upon realizing this I went back to the parts department to get my refund, of which I was told I have to fill out a form again because the 1st one had incorrect details. 5 working days later I have not been refunded nor contacted regarding the refund. WHY DID I CHOOSE TO BUY KIA, I don't know, but I am regretting it now.
