I had an appointment booked, but the hairstylist never showed up. I followed up several times with no response. Eventually, I contacted the salon directly, and I was told their “system was down” — but surely you don’t need a system to call your own employee and find out what’s going on? Two hours later, the hairstylist finally responded, claiming I hadn’t sent my address. That’s incorrect — my address was provided at the time of booking, as per their standard process. Why should the responsibility be on me to resend details that were already shared, especially when internal communication should’ve handled that? After this, Quality Assurance got involved and promised to reschedule for the following day — that was three days ago. No follow-up, no hairstylist, no explanation. This was a completely unreliable and disappointing experience. I wouldn’t recommend this salon to anyone who values professionalism, communication, or basic accountability.
