WORST CLOCK REPAIR SHOP IN SA

I shall strongly advise everyone not to do business with Reliable Clocks in Gauteng. I took a clock to them for a full service only to have to take it back after a few months again. After paying R4000 for a re-service I transported the clock back to my farm 1000km from them. Needless to say the clock did not work on arrival. They told me to do several things to the clock to have it working again, but it never did. On my arrival I realized that some of the parts of the clock was not included in the load. Their response was just that they forgot to put it with the clock. I had to make arrangements to get it back myself. Asking them to come and fix the problem their answer was simply I must bring it back and that they feel insulted that I am not satisfied. EXTREMELY BAD SERVICE AND FEEDBACK. I SHALL NEVER TAKE ANYTHING TO THEM AGAIN.
