I received a defective Outdoor Comfyzak and logged a complaint online. Michele R and Bryan van Doorn took my complaint seriously and apologised. An alternative replacement with a gift of two cushions was arranged. The dispatch department also made sure they got my order right. It was such a pleasant surprise to find a company that adheres to the consumer protection act with no problems.
On Monday 26 Feb 2018 I submitted a request for handyman services on the website:https://handymaninpretoria.co.za/centurion/ (SGH Maintenance) I received a call from Maartin on the Wednesday telling me that he'll come and have a look Friday morning. Friday morning after 10am I called him again and he confirmed that he'll come. I had no word from him since than. What a useless service provider!
