Worst Business Experience

Caution: Avoid AluMine Hartbee****rt! The owner is ********* and the service is unreliable. They demanded an 80% deposit upfront but failed to initiate any work. Despite multiple promises, they never adhered to agreed timelines. When we cancelled the order due to their inaction, they wrongfully blamed us. They are unresponsive to emails and WhatsApp messages, forcing me to visit their office personally for any communication. Even after visit still struggling to get our deposit back although there is no evidence of any work. They want to deduct handling fees, etc., without any proof of hardware being bought.
