Unprofessional and Unfair Treatment of Interns I had an extremely disappointing experience interning at VentureBridge NPC. Not only did they fail to pay me on time for the work I completed, but when I raised concerns, they responded in an entirely unprofessional manner. There were several occasions where I couldn’t make it to work due to unforeseen circumstances, and despite this being clearly communicated, they still insisted on docking my pay for those days. It's one thing for an organization to delay payment, but it’s another entirely for them to refuse to compensate for hours worked, especially when they were at fault for not providing timely support or clarity around their expectations. The lack of accountability and fairness is appalling. If you're considering an internship here, I would highly recommend you think twice. An internship should be a learning experience, not one filled with frustration and unprofessionalism.
