I want my refund from doek on fleek lifestyle

Good day I am so disappointed with doek no fleek,i bought the ticket through their watsup number and later on the event was cancelled,so they told me to send my banking details and my bank details which i did last week and they told me that the refund will be processed on Thursday last week,which didnt happen,i try this week again and they told me that the refund will be processed today,another problem is that their not responding on their watsup but their busy posting and selling tickets,i am very much disappointed with them.the event was supposed to happen at walter sisulu botanical gardens
