Hi-Q Phoenix, appalling behavior from Mr Vivian reddy and 2 new NAILS miraculously in 1 Tyre
Hi-Q Phoenix, appalling behavior from Mr Vivian reddy and 2 new NAILS miraculously in 1 Tyre Went to get alignment and balancing done on my vehicle, things went all staff were friendly. Then my tyres were removed, after a few minutes whilst they were doing the wheel balancing, one of the staff members the guy who had been attending to my vehicle called me and showed me that 2 nails were in my Tyre one of which I had knowledge of as it was not leaking air I had left it in the tyre undisturbed. Both nails were in my drivers side Tyre, 1 nail absolutely new and to me I found it unusual although it could've have been picked up in the parking or not, understandable so I proceeded to speak to staff and air my concerns of the weird occurrence of the new nail and I was not being acknowledged they ignored me (which fueled my suspicion) and only told me I needed to plug it even though it wasnt letting out air which made plugs unnecessary.... I took it up with the boss man himself Mr Vivian reddy although I did so quietly as to not create a scene because I didn't feel like I was 100 % correct as this could've been an unfortunate occurrence and a bad luck on my part but a later event proved my theory shocking as it may be... When I did take it up with him he decided to use profanity and vulgarities on me which was very very unprofessional especially from a customers point of view as well as creating a scene in a garage full of cars, staff and other customers, I did not use any sort harsh tone or unprofessional use of language in any way so I did not feel the approach in which he handled this situation was necessary.. He truly behaved like a toddler, proceeding to call me a "stupid lytie"due to me being of a younger age and an "idiot" and a "mistake" him meaning to say that my existence is a mistake (LOL) whilst I tried to diffuse the situation by acknowledging and saying "okay I'm wrong my mistake and Im sorry" I had apologised solely to calm down the big baby I was also told to shut up . So he then decided that his staff should put my "effing car" down and that I should get out of the garage. His behavior was truly PATHETIC especially for somebody who is running a business and an adult . My car was down and back on all 4 tyres I then proceeded to leave Hi-Q Phoenix and go down the road nearly 100m over to MOTOWN, and explained to the staff that I may need plugs And will have to do alignment on my vehicle, the Hannaford wheels staff did an inspection on the Tyres with me being present, we had looked at the drivers side tyre the same tyre with 2 nails, 1 nail being the existing one and thee other the one I was suspicious off and shockingly, bizarrely enough I found a third damn nail in the same Tyre and to my shock this nail caused a severe air leak and to be honest after Mr Vivian reddy's outburst I had actually doubted myself.. But the occurrence of a third nail in the same damn Tyre could not have been coincidental it was literally the nail in the coffin in proving my theory correct 2 nails picked up in the same day and the 2nd one after my accusation actually causing serious damage to my the same Tyre felt abit crazy to be honest. So yes after that 2nd nail I did believe that the nails were deliberately put into my Tyre it was thereafter plugged as that one was leaking air . That's the end to my long disappointing and uneventful trip to Hi-Q services. They are decent unless their work is questioned even in the nicest of possible ways one can do so.. , and customers are treated well as long as no questions are asked.. Quite appalling behavior from the Boss man Mr Vivian reddy shocking REALLY (LOW IQ BEHAVIOR)!!!

Anyways Proceeding to do the alignment with Hannaford wheels my vehicle was up on the ramp and the guys did a suspension check and told me that I had a problem with the left ball joint on my vehicle and wheel alignment would not be possible until that issue is sorted out, at Hi-Q Phoenix they did nothing of that sort they charge an additional fee for a suspension check which is quite ridiculous considering the suspension needs to be in good working order in order to do wheel alignment so Hi-Q Phoenix were going to do my alignment blindly with no such check???? unless I cough up a R150 suspension check fee.. How is it possible that my alignment would've been corrected, that's the end to my long disappointing and uneventful trip to Hi-Q services. They are decent unless their work is questioned even in the nicest of possible ways one can do so.. , and customers are treated well as long as no questions are asked..
