I made a booking with Mint apartments Greenside from the 10 October to 12 October under booking 6047.725.85, paid ahead of time and made a cancellation with in the window of free cancellation, today it the 15th of November and I am yet to receive my refund they told me to wait 15 working days, we are way past that now

Do not use Go Connect
0 helpful support have not had connection for 3 days, not responding on their phone lines and email communication not sending second or 3rd line support to the site
