Pray you don't have to deal with these people.
This company is the worst. My meter was faulty so they did an exchange my meter. They didn't transfer my existing credit and it been 4 days of me not being able to buy electricity. When you call them everyone gives a BS story.

This company is *****ulent, they hire people and don't pay them, don't make the mistake of associating with this company. I am one of many people who has this experience, the owner Moseli Nkanyani is a very dishonest individual the company has been banned on many job sites for not paying employees and tutors.
