Allow me to say this M&T Development see me no more renting with you guys what am experiencing in olivewood north village ive never experience such bad treatment in my entire life. we geeting fines for not doing anything i went and clean the braai area as i was braaing previous night monday am getting a fine when you ask them about the fine you cursing the management wow. ive reported the crack inside the apartment still nothing has done which when you raise concern is a problem. their electricty charges is way crazy we spend over R4000 a month only gyser and stove we aint allowed to complain. They advertise club house at their advert there is no club house renting here without seeing the place and activities you will regret trust. am not happy at all with this company
