Theft under false pretence

I bought paving material and you dissapeared on me. 22 july 2025, I bought paving materials and they promised to deliver as soon as they get payments. They even did a follow-up with me to check if there will be someone at home when they come. The rest of that week they acted like they were busy with my delivery, even their " plant manager " assured me my goods will be delivered on friday, 10am. Friday there was no communication. Monday I communicated with them, they promised to come back to me, nothing happened. Tuesday still nothing. Wednesday I asked them no reply, late Wednesday I asked for a refund. They rep**** in an hour, asking for my confirmation of bank account and said they wil send a proof of payment as soon as it's done. Days went, I asked about my refund, they'll say the lady is doing it then I'll wait the whole day and nothing. I said I will open a case for them and they blocked me. I have all the conversations with they because their messages on WhatsApp have the disappearing setting. They blocked my emails also.
