Excellent customer service.
I am a first time customer as they had a specific brand/house I couldn't find anywhere else online in South Africa. Let me tell you, stellar service, quick to attend to queries and reasonable prices. Furthermore, my frangrance arrived less than 72 hours after i'd placed my order. My first experience with My Perfume Shop has been so pleasant I will definitely be purchasing from them again in the future.

Rio Perfumes? Top notch! Simple as that.
I have been a customer at Rio Perfumes since 2022 or so. Not once have I received a **** fragrance or not received what I'd ordered. Orders are delivered in not more than 72 hours and the cherry on top is the pricing they offer. Keep up the excellent work ladies and gentlemen.
