Brite Electrical LUXN LED lights

Be careful at Brite Electrical - LUXN Led Lights The salesman in July 2024 convinced me that Brite's own brand LUXN led lights while quite a lot more expensive was far superior and that I should save myself a lot of future hassle and buy a "Quality" led light. I bought three of them. 2 x 300w and 1 x 200w. Skip forward 13 months and now one led has blown and the light has stopped working. I returned to store and was fobbed off as I dont have the receipt ( I could not remember the date of purchase ) and given the excuse the its my fault the light blew due to a power surge. My full home is inverter run isolated from council. He was just giving me the run around. I return to shop with the bank statement and then told the light is 13 months old. There is no offer to repair it. So guys please be careful with the brand LUXN. Its the same Chinese **** as the rest and dont expect ethical answers from Brite. I was intentionally given the run around while they had no intention of assisting me. Excuses. Be careful guys. They could not get rid of me quick enough and dont expect any better service. They wont even offer to repair it. I am done with Brite Electrical
