MJ Pretorius attorney Beware!!
They did our house transfer It took nearly16 months. .THE HOUSE WAS REGISTERED in new owners name on 22 August 2025. After only receiving a *****ulent proof of. Payment a month later we still did not receive our money that was supposed to be paid to us from their trust account!!!!

Selling my house
I would like to share my personal experience with MJ PRETORIUS ATTORNEY in Potchefstroom. My house sale took 15 months to finalise . I found this to be an unusually long process, with very poor communication from the attorney’s side. I’m sharing this so that others know what to expect.
