I found UIF Hero by chance when I wanted to look up another service provider's reviews to assist me with my UIF claims. It has been a year now since I made contact with them (Klaus Arnhard). He was transparent and helpful from the start. He helped me with every last thing I needed from the start. He rep**** promptly to all my e-mails and supported me in whichever way he could. Claiming UIF is stressful, believe me. Without Klause's help I would not have been able to get it all done correctly from the start. The Labour Dept is not exactly helpful, so I can only urge you to make use of his amazing services. Money well spent!
Electricity fault reporting is extremely tedious, ineffective and costly for consumers. Reported very bad electricity repairs to a electricity pole in front of our house supporting electricity to our house. No response. Two days ago reported one of our main electricity phases went down. Ticket was closed after a day, but no repairs. Had to report again, so the new ticket pushes the waiting time further out.
