WINDSCREEN CLAIM STILL NOT SORTED - ITS GONE 2 WEEKS - DELAY WITH THE INSURER DUE TO THEM SENDING THE REQUEST TO THE SERVICE PROVIDER LATE , EMAILED THEM AND CALLED NUMEROUS TIMES FOR A MANAGER TO CALL ME - TO DATE NO RESPONSE
