Give Ishmael his cape already - he is a hero
What excellent service I received from Mr. I Mokgale of ECSA. From responding to my email for help with a phone call, to scheduling an appointment after his working hours and to patiently and expertly guiding me on how to load my CPD points and how to renew my professional registration. Big ups to the SAIEE and to Ms. C. Makhalemele
What a pleasure and relief (all at once) in the year 2025 to phone an office number on a Friday afternoon and (a) the phone rings, (b) the phone is answered and (c) there is an actual human being that is answering the phone. Kudos to the SAIEE and special thanks to Ms. C. Makhalemele for listening and for immediately putting into action what was being asked.
