Bad Service

I have had a bad service with Bos Bevok Vellies , i orderd some shoes on the 18th of July , on 29 July they told me my order would be done by the 1st of August and then they will Pudo , on the 7th of August i still haven't gotten my order and I Messaged them to ask how far no answer i kept messaging them on the 21 st of August then they answered and told me that the place does not have my shoes anymore they will give me something else or refund me i then asked for an refund and it is the 8th of September and i still haven't received my refund nor are they answering me , I am really really not happy about the service i have been getting, not answering my calls or my messages I would never recommend this place to anyone else!
