“We are a fast growing academy” is the fast growing professional academic experience in the room with us. They not fast when you need information from them. Do you know when they are fast - when providing the information on their banking details. Then they’re super fast and get back to all your queries. Once you have paid, expect the fast professional academic experience to leave with your money. Appalling service, lack of structure in their courses - nobody in the whole building having had months and months to prepare knows when courses begin/end, the times they start… even days out they cannot tell you if it’s actually happening. You’re left feeling like you may never actually get the information their employees promise you. I asked them for information on the class schedule so I can give the information to my manager to make sure I can actually attend the classes. I was told that I would receive all of the information end of business day and conviently they were working on it as I was on the phone with them… guess what at 4:59 (so I couldn’t call and complain) they sent some random attendance note saying I’m enrolled. It’s actually laughable how painful and dumb they are. What I must do with that useless piece of email attachment I’ll never know. When I called back 2 days later I was **** to and told that was never said. In 7 days I’d have to attend a class I had ZERO information on. When I was promised information it never got delivered and then they gaslighted me and told me not only are they doing me a favour but they will just refund me. Honestly with the pain and suffering dealing with them it was music to my ears When I mentioned this to them they said they’re doing me a favour by accommodating me. In a 3 person course I’m doing you a favour staying on. They act and treat you like God but don’t you dare ask for the same level service you give thousands and thousands of rands and it’s like I am asking for a kidney. It’s simple procedure that when you pay for a service - you want follow up. With revolution you will beg them for information and service and help and anything basically. A joke of a company. I know for certain that further behind the doors of the poor service staff is most definitely even worse facilities, equipment, lectures and and and. You can’t tell me they’re not constantly inconsistent if it’s all they’ve been. Constantly disappointed by them. Remember when the say “fast growing” they wrote it themselves and they’re bull ****ing everyone reading this into believing they’re a certain type of establishment. My review however says otherwise.
