Vega is a nice college, though tends to be expensive
Vega Pretoria is a nice college in general. I'm currently in my first year of an Experience Design degree, and I have enjoyed studying here for the most part. Some lecturers put a lot of effort into their lessons, while others do not. I have encountered both of these types so far, and Vega regularly checks in with us through emails about our modules and lecturers. I really appreciate this. I feel like some of the lecturers could refer more to the learning material and not just rely on slideshows. Vega has counsellors and student advocates to help support students during their studies. So far, I'm pretty happy with my course. Some advice I'd give to someone wanting to study here is: Make sure you know what you will be getting from your desired course, because Vega is expensive. Be prepared to take time to teach yourself things, cuz there will be lecturers that you'll struggle to connect to and learn from.
