Poor customer service
Impossible to get hold of. I have emailed multiple times- no reply. Called multiples times-on hold forever. Used the contact us link on their website- doesn't work. Messaged them on Facebook- no response. Just seems to be one way communication, I will avoid using again and I would definitely not recommend.1 reply
