inhumane denial of toilet access

I tried to use the public toilet which was locked and one of the spar employees posted as security on the door, I was told by the lady at the door in order to gain access I have to pay R2 at the till. So I pay the R2 with the rest of my groceries then proceed to go to the toilet with my till slip on hand, then was instructed by the lady at the toilet door to go back to the shop and find someone to open the door for me " this is the rule from our manager " . It's inhumane to treat people like this
