Frustrated widow

My husband passed away in 2021. Just recently started receiving emails and sms to pay debt. I’ve never received an invoice or statement with regards to the account that I’ve been paying but now they want me to pay over R2000. Went to the head office yesterday and Nonhlanhla said that part of it was my late husband’s last debit order. She can’t tell me what the rest is for.
