My account got emptied by ****mers, after FNB failed to decline / put on hold suspicious activity, when I didn't respond quick enough. When I follow up with them on my ***** case, the only thing they can tell me it's being investigated. I can not talk to an investigator, they can't provide me with an email address to follow up, and on my app the investigation hasn't even started yet - 10 working days later. FNB ***** DEPT IS THE WORST!
Received a voucher, and wanted to book a facial. Checked their website and pricelists for Tyger Valley, Somerset West and Canal Walk, and saw they do offer facials. Phoned Tyger Valley - their employee which does facials are away for 4 months. Phoned Canal Walk - they don't do facials. Even though it is on their 2024 pricelist on their website. Phoned Somerset West - they don't do facials. Even though it is on their 2024 pricelist on their website. Is it truly THAT DIFFICULT to update a pricelist on your website?
