Reliable Ready Mix Delivery with Minor Hiccups
The quality of the mix was solid and consistent, and it was easy to work with. The driver was professional and handled the delivery efficiently, even with limited access to the site. The only reason I’m giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that communication could have been a bit clearer on the day of delivery, as there was a slight delay in updates. That said, the service itself was reliable and I would definitely consider using them again for future projects.

Service Was Okay, But Needs Improvement
I recently hired some equipment from Ozzon Plant for a short construction job. Booking the items was easy enough, and the prices were reasonable compared to other rental companies. However, the equipment wasn’t in the best condition — one of the machines had clear wear and tear, and another needed servicing shortly after we started using it. Luckily, their support team did respond and swapped it out, but it took a full day, which delayed our project.

Excellent Service and Great Experience!
