I’ve already paid my deposit, yet my Project Management class doesn’t even show on ARC—the platform we’re required to use for our studies. I logged a ticket, but no one has responded. How is it acceptable to pay for a subject and not have access to it? This is not just frustrating, it’s unacceptable. I will not pay for this subject again. I am extremely disappointed with Varsity College’s lack of support. I cannot access my student portal, and despite repeated attempts, no one answers the phones or responds to emails. This has left me completely stuck—I cannot even register because of their poor communication and lack of accommodation. It feels like students are simply ignored once issues arise. This level of service is unacceptable and pathetic. Varsity College needs to start answering calls and emails immediately and provide proper assistance to students who are trying to move forward with their studies.
