My recent visit to Auto Excellence was a truly positive experience, and I'm writing this review to commend the exceptional service provided by both Hendrik, the Workshop Foreman, and Wanja, my Service Advisor. Wanja was my primary point of contact and did an outstanding job. They were incredibly professional and friendly Wanja clearly communicated the necessary things I needed to know explained everything thoroughly, and ensured I was kept informed throughout the process. Their attentiveness and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident. I also had the opportunity to interact briefly with Hendrik, the Workshop Foreman. His presence and oversight clearly contribute to the high standards of work performed at Auto Excellence. It's reassuring to know that experienced leadership like Hendrik's is ensuring the quality of the repairs and maintenance. The synergy between Wanja's customer-facing expertise and Hendrik's workshop leadership creates a seamless and trustworthy service experience. Auto Excellence is fortunate to have such dedicated professionals on their team. I highly recommend them for their excellent service and skilled staff!
