Rough start but it's going well now

Rough start but it's going well now. This is my first time reviewing so apologies if I make any mistakes! I have been a member of RFH for a few months and honestly, the begging few weeks were a terrible mess. The plan I subscribed was just not available, I opted for a refund, which itself was delayed passed the given date. It wasn't after a month or so I gave it another shot and this time it was different. Maybe they improved their services but looking at the other reviews, that might not be the case however. I registered for the Premium plan. The plan was activated in a few hours and I could log in unlike my first time subbing. So far, I haven't had any serious issues and hope it will be like that.
