Terrible service

Recently, every time I’ve gone through this drive-through, I’ve had to wait far too long – even for a simple meal for one or two people. Waiting 10–15 minutes, sometimes even up to 20–30 minutes, completely defeats the purpose of a fast food drive-through. On top of that, there always seems to be an issue with availability. Being told there’s a 20+ minute wait for chicken at a place that specializes in chicken makes absolutely no sense. The service has been consistently disappointing, and unfortunately, I would rather drive further to another branch or competitor that can actually deliver on the promise of quick, reliable service
