Warranty - what warranty?

I contracted Jacques to remarbelite my pool in September 2014, and huge chunks of the marbelite separated from the base of the pool around October. despite may calls to him - some not answered, tried contacting from alternate numbers - and many dates given of when he will be pitching up to remarbelite the pool as it was under warranty, Jacques and his team have not to date shown up. Please don't do business with this guy, his company called \Color Pools"- American spelling - as he is completely unreliable and does NOT honour his word. We have had to make all contact"
