Double debiting of my account.

Never in my life have I been so badly attended to and poorly serviced, creditore have completely ruined my life , I have 5 kids and a wife and my mother and disabled brother to take care of, creditore have been double debiting my account for two months. When I inquired and submitted the appropriate paperwork I was garenteed a refund, yet the consultant who was attending to my complaint was unprofessional and absolutely *********** in failing to email me my debitor statement showing my monthly payments to them to make maters worse they where ignoring my calls and hanging up when I call them at their head office in Capetown. Iv lost approximately Close to R10000 of which I am now contemplating taking the company to court. If creditore still has any integrity they will contact me and do the right thing as I am client of thiers and I am again extremely disappointed
