I ordered food before 9 am on Saturday and I know their deliveries start from 12 pm as I had ordered food there before. After 12, they make contact to let me know they are still waiting for a driver and that was fine with me. When I asked for an update after 2 pm, there was no reply, and I kept sending messages and calls went straight to voicemail. No food arrived. The following morning, I send them another message asking for a refund and expressing how dissappointed I was with their lack of communication and they respond to state that they had an issue with their phone and apologised- I advised them its fine but I would like a refund and gave them my details, its Monday now and they have no responded to any of my messages on whether they will refund my money or not and the calls go straight to voicemail I still want my money
