So sky direct is supposed to refund me my money but to date they are struggling. I submitted a cancellation form on the 13th Feb and was told I would receive my money on the 16th/17th February 2026 morning - to date which is the 21st of February I have not received my refund. Now I really wonder whether or not were they really going to provide me with the loan that I had app**** for. I really wish loan companies could be honest about their services because they fail to be transparent to their clients - all they know is to take people's hard earned money and not be able to pay them back. I'm really annoyed with this company.
I app**** for a loan and they told me that I needed to pay only one upfront fee. I paid that then I was requested to pay CTO and service fee =R1600 I did that,then I was told that my funds will be in my account within minutes. After an hour I was told I needed to pay for Stamp of duty another R1600 - which I did....still no funds. I was later told I needed to pay an additional R1300 since I paid the money late I did just that.... Still no funds. I was told I needed to pay an equest fee - I did that, I was told it was paid late and needed to pay an additional R1583 - I did that. I then received a text that everything was done and dusted and that I will receive my funds. The following morning I was told to pay a service fee of R1500 - I refused and told them to pay me back my money. They told me cancelling was not a good idea. Till today I have sent them emails requesting my money and a cancellation form and they do not respond to my emails.
Worst experience - even the administrator is rude and they don't stick to the contract
