I feel so embarrassed that I didn't check credentials myself, but we were referred by a trusted source.. We paid for RE1&RE5 course on 18 September and immediately recieved payment confirmation email from admin@virtualclc.co.za. However, by 6 October we never received any communications or study material or link to the course whatsoever. We started following up and found it impossible to connect with one living human: STARTING TOMORROW and on my dashboard, order #152565 shows as "Still processing" - and I am unable to get into contact with anyone: Failed attempts at communication: support@virtualclc.co.za - delivery failed - "does not exist" admin@virtualclc.co.za - delivery failed - "does not exist" ceo@virtualclc.co.za - "...will get back to you in one business day" Chatbot on website - "agent will contact you promptly" ...24 hours...nothing. 010 597 0835 - number suspended 071 000 5529 - voicemail lite... 083 821 8801 - does not exist On Learner Portal no courses displayed and order shows "Still processing". Address given as: Amr Office Park, 3 Concorde E Rd, Bedfordview, Germiston, 2008... but no Block number or Office Number: The address is for the leasing company: Regus - Johannesburg, Eastrand Bedfordview - who may not confirm details of their lessees. We have held out hope that it all might be just misfortunate happenstance, but with broken communication and every avenue a dead end, we are now considering taking steps to lay complaints at FSCA, and the relevant regulating authorities, as well as opening a ***** case with SAPS.
