Nactor Repairs pathetic service.

After not accepting their quote (on Monday the 29th of September), I requested that the parts removed from our Defy dishwasher be returned and agreed to pay their call out fee. It's been more than a week of promises not kept, messages ignored, phone calls not answered. Every delivery, confirmed by them, has not happened. This is infuriating, while I don't have the removed parts, I cannot get someone else to attend to the problem. The worst service ever from a so-called appliance repair company.
