I'm very unhappy with how things took place i was told I'll get in touch nd this process takes up to 29 business days,they said they send me a contract(as to wer I have to sign nd send back)nothing debt order approval was made coz at the point I thought things was finals like the consultant explain nd she will get in touch.Mind me I am listed nd have a credit provide which I gave information to the consultant(LESEGO).End of September 2025 the debt order went off nd the previous collectors also debted,to my conclusion is it not the worker selling the productt responsible to get hold of previous collectors nd ask them for the necessary details regarding my profile seeing that SA CREDIT will be handling the account???? I've send an email asking for a refund because they debit nd the previous credit provides..which left me money less nd I've stated in the email that I want my money back because the service that was given was very poor,the consultant who assist me called me I explained my frustration nd she told me no REFUND can be done as it state in the contract they sent me to sight nd send back...I didn't receive any contact to sigh then she even told me I should contact the previous collectors to cancel but then I've asked u then have all the details cant/aren't u supposed to get hold of them on my behalf if my concent is need call me then,I also work as a consultant nd if I want a deal I go the extra mile to get all necessary information just to have a happy client but what she did while on the call she hanged up on me.The legal advice send me an email but no contract just the slogan of the company nd asked me to attach my documents,I've tried to explain but she couldn't assist me nd asked Lesego to give me a call.So I want my money back r1833,33 I've worked for nd for them to tell me it's not REFUNDABLE unbelievable I'm UNHAPPY ABOUT THE SERVICES GIVEN! And I've explained to her that I need that money coz I'm now short on rent but didn't seem to bother her
