Refund never received for duplicate transaction - do not pay fines via this company

After requesting a refund at the start of September due to payment made in duplicate due to their system, no refund has been received mid October. Various emails stating the refund will be processed has been received, all to no avail. I was sent refund forms, already completed with another person's full details - this is an infringement of the POPI Act. Horrible experience, avoid paying any traffic fines via this company.
