I REMEMBER THE LAST TIME I WROTE A COMPLAIN , YOU GUYS YOU TOLD ME THAT THERE WAS NO RESPONSE, WEATHER THERE WILL BE A RESPONSE OR NOT AGAIN , THIS MONTH I RECIED 2 INVOICES , ACCORDING TO THE INVOICES THE MAIN INVOICE IS PAID UP WITH EXTRA, ALMOST R3 i have no idea why this is happening to me , (mail@ownhaven.co.za ) this email is just for general complaints , can you guys provide an option for attachments to attach some documents on this platform BUT I DONT UNDRSTAND WHY THEY SAY I STILL NEED TO PAY ANOTHER R2.14 I AM NOT SURE WHATS GOING ONI DONT UNDERSTAND , OWNHAVEN ACCOUNTS GUYS , I WISH I SHOULD ATTACH MY INVOICES SO THAT SOMEONE INDEPENDENT CAN VERYFY THEM
inconsistence Billing , when I sold my car , after 2 months I also handed over the residential packing sticker , and told them I no longer have the car ,normally most of the months I don't check my statements, but this time I decided to check and find out that they are still billing me up on the parking income, while they told me that ,they took note of it immediately when I submitted it to them This is really tearing of my morale of staying there, I just used to hear some more complains Similar from my fellow residents , and now i did experience it myself Even the actual rent Bill, you can not even know how much , you will be paying sometimes, it has become so difficult to stay there this is not good
