Excellent assistance
Had an issue with my stove that I bought from univa , I spoke to a lovely young lady name kimera from Univa ,she handled the situation with the store that was being difficult and within a day made sure the Credit approval document was sent to me to show the unit will be collected , amazing girl ,great communication.
