Bad.....service

I am, very this important and unhappy with the service providered by this company. First the appove my loan, know they keep asking me to pay amounts before even paying out the loan amount. Know I have advise that I don't want to continue with the loan application due to this they don't want to pay back the money I have already paid. They don't even respond to my emais or WhatsApp messages.....This is the worst service I have ever received 😤
