Unhappy first time buyer

Pathetic service. All fire to get you to to sign and buy but once the house is registered and paid for get no response from them. House has been registered for more then 10 days and still do not have electricity (cant even connect my electricity) because of paperwork not being correct due them doing dubble deals an delaying the process. When you contact them they only shrug their shoulders and blame someone else or ignore you completely. Puts a person of buying a house
