Justice against the death of our sister

i Justice against the death of my sister My sister was working at living stone hospital earlier this year, she was working as security officer then only to find out that the working conditions were not in good conditions or not well maintained for them to work, then she was opening the gate as she was working but the gate fall on top of her then she got critical injured and died because she loses lots of blood. But now we can't find a justice against death of our sister as she's was still supporting her children's
